The 25% CashBack offer is available to select first time customers and will be presented in a email signup popup. To get the CashBack offer to apply to your order, click the link/button in the popup, email or sms receive.
Qualifications for 25% CashBack:
- You are a first-time customer
- Order is over $49
- No other discount codes are used - if a discount code is applied, you will not qualify for 25% CashBack
I signed up on the popup but never received my 25% off discount?
This offer is not a 25% discount, rather it is for 25% CashBack
Please check your inbox after a qualifying purchase, where you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack.
You just need to complete the CashBack redemption form, and then you can select your preferred CashBack redemption method.
You can redeem your CashBack as either a Mastercard prepaid card or a bonus gift code to REEF.com.
Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?
We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is a 40 day holding period that corresponds to the REEF.com return/refund period.
How long does it take to get my bonus gift code?
As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your bonus gift code. You will have to wait 40 days (length of the holding period) to be able to use your gift code.

Once you select a Mastercard prepaid card, we will send you an email with a secure link to the details of your card. For statement details, please email us at [email protected] with the last four digits of your Mastercard prepaid card.
When I tried to use my Mastercard prepaid card, it was declined. What can I do?
This card is like any other Visa debit card and may be refused due to several reasons. Check that your card still has a sufficient balance. Also double check that you added the correct card number, name, and address.
